Application Process

Admission is open to any student regardless of race, creed, national or ethnic origin, who meets the school’s criteria for admission. We encourage you to call the school and schedule a visit.

You may pick up an Application Form at the office or download one here. Submit the application along with the following documentation:

• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate
• Last report card for this current school year
• Past report cards for at least 2 years, if applicable
• Standardized test results
• Report of any academic (i.e. IEP) or psychological evaluations
