Summer Camp 2010 - Fitness! Faith! FUN!

Activities: Students will participate in a variety of
activities and field trips. Activities
include: arts and crafts, water play,
music, swimming, sports, and
computers. Activities will
follow our theme: “Fitness, Faith, and
Fun for
Everyone.” Our goal for the
summer is to build the faith and fitness
of our children while having tons
of fun! So don’t let your child just sit on
the couch, sign up today!
Facilities: Campers will use
Assumption's state of the art and air conditioned gym,
cafeteria, computer lab, playgrounds/fields, and Pre-K
classrooms during their
daily activities. Students
will travel by bus for
swimming and field trips
each week. Water
activities on campus (like
inflatable water-slides)
will be scheduled every
week.
Extended Care: Extended care is provided for students who need either before camp or after camp care. Children will participate in small group activities: board games, puzzles, reading, playing in the gym, etc. Parents can choose early care, after care, or both! Extra fees apply.
Lunch & Snack: Each camper should bring a lunch each day - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday is Pizza Day and Friday is Hot Dog Day. Campers can purchase lunch on Monday and Friday for $3.00 each. Monday’s lunch includes 2 slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza and a drink. Additional slices of pizza may be purchased for $1.00 a slice. Friday’s lunch will include hot dog, side (piece of fruit, pretzels, etc), and a drink. A morning snack will be provided to each child every day - included in camp cost. An afternoon snack should be brought from home, if wanted. Children in K-6 camp will have an opportunity to buy concessions for their afternoon snack. A snack list will be available.
What to Bring: Campers should wear shorts and tennis shoes every day! Bathing suits, towels, and flip flops should be BROUGHT IN on water-play or swimming days. Please label all clothing, towels, lunch boxes, etc... to ensure everything makes it home. Children are responsible for their own belongings. It is NOT recommended for students to bring i-pods, DS games, or similar items to camp. Assumption is not responsible for lost/stolen items. Camp shirts MUST be worn on field trip and swimming pool days.
Registration Fee:
Registration is due with the application/registration form.
$125 per child, if registering for 6 or more
weeks
$100 for 3-5 weeks
$50 for 1-2 weeks
Every child receives one free
camp t-shirt. Additional t-shirts may be
purchased for $15.00 each. Weekly payments for
camp/extended care are are due every Monday.
Payments not made by Wednesday may result in
a $20 late fee. There is a $35 returned check
fee.
