Assumption Aftercare Hours & Information

• •Aftercare Hours (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri): 3:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Aftercare Hours (Early Release Wednesdays): 1:55 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Charges are per hour - $8.00 for the first child; $6.00 for each additional child
• Charges after 6:00 p.m. are $2.00 per minute, per child
• Charges will be billed through Facts Incidental Billing and occurs at the beginning of the month for the previous month. (Payments must be made through Facts Incidental Billing.)
• Balances that are 30 days past due will receive notification and must be paid by the Friday after the notification. If the balance is not paid, a late fee of $30 will be assessed AND aftercare will no longer be available until the balance is paid in full.
• Students may attend aftercare on a regular or occasional basis.
• Once a student has been signed out of aftercare, they cannot be signed back in.
• Aftercare is operated for the convenience of parents of ACS students. Students are expected to follow ACS school rules and behavioral policies while attending aftercare, and they will be held to the same behavioral consequences as outlined in the handbook for regular school hours. Repeated misconduct and failure to follow school rules while in aftercare could result in suspension or expulsion from aftercare privileges.
• Aftercare is available every school day, except when school is dismissed at noon.
• Only parents or adults listed on the school pick up list will be allowed to sign out their child (a student will not be dismissed to anyone not on the pick-up list).
• If an adult picking up is not recognized they will need to show ID.
